We are a business in Northampton which gets a large amount of dry, clean chipboard pallet tops. Can anyone recommend someone where we may be able to send this for recycling at a net-zero-cost to our business. We can deliver.

HI

Can anyone tell me if mailer film (the stuff often used to wrap magazines etc sent through the post) can be mixed with plastic bags to be returned to supermarket collection points for recycling?

Thanks

Is there a way of buying a kind of divider, or only the inner compartments for a bin so that it can be turned into a dividing recycling bin?

I have seen new bins which help you divide your waste in different categories. As a family, we are pretty good at recycling, but the Council is now providing us with little boxes to put our organic waste. We have a compost bin that we use for vegetable/plants etc, but now we will need to put all the other organic waste (dairy, bread, bones) into the new bags. It's a great idea, but i was wondering if anyone knew where we could get "replacement" inner compartments for our existing bin, rather than buy a brand new one? It seems to me a bit of a waste of money to get a new one, furthermore I would have to throw the old one away and it is perfectly good! Thanks in advance for any tips!

New charity recycling website for printer cartridges, please have a look, all suggestions for improvement are welcome.

Hi to all

I have just finished building a new charity based recycling website. It is mainly around printer cartridges and mobile phones at the moment but I will be adding other things later. I was looking for feed back on the site, I thought who better to ask than fellow recyclers. The website is called www.recycleaid.co.uk.If you can spare a few moments please have a look and let me know your thoughts. Please be honest, if you don't like it please say so. The reason I have made this post is to get feed back so please use the contact section on the site. I welcome any ideas you may have to improve the site.

Thanks Mike, recyce-aid
