Used clothing and textiles. I understand what to do with better quallity clothes, but what about things that are too worn for re-use?

If your Council collects textiles and clothing put them in that collection. They have all sorts of uses. Or use them yourself - old t-shirts make the best dusters and washing cloths. Why buy them?
